What we do
... why we do it?

I am Tuhan Sapumanage. I completed my BSc in Computing with first-class honours at age 18. Then CIMA just three-weeks after turning 19. But alone, the difference I can make is limited. Which is why, now I am on a mission to make a story like mine possible for every great mind in Sri Lanka. To help them graduate early. To make a globally competitive workforce in Sri Lanka. To build a Sri Lankan dream.

I have faith in Sri Lankans. But you see, in a developed country, the average age to graduate is 22. In India, you can even do a master's degree at 21. But in Sri Lanka, when we graduate we are 26. This also means that, when they graduate, they are already been robbed of their dreams. At 26, you have personal commitments. Worse, it really leaves little hope to even compete with global talent when they are at higher positions at younger ages. Let's change this, TOGETHER!

Transpire aims to annually identify, educate & train the great minds in Sri Lanka to proactively transform them from Students to value-adding Professionals. We identify you in two stages. First, we test them through an AI-powered software developed in-house by us. Then we conduct a set of interviews.

Once we select you, we provide you with two things. A secure, paid internship at the dream company of yours and a scholarship to follow a globally-recognised qualification I can vouch for. We also give you an optional day off every week to study. You can also join the Transpire Alumni to work with like-minded high-performing individuals. Join me on this mission. Let's make a positive difference, TOGETHER!

  • Save the best years in your life - Many countries graduate from an age as early as 22 years. In Sri Lanka, it's 26 or so. Let's change this. We want our candidates to graduate as early as 18.
  • Educated, Empowered Talent - Hold a globally recognised professional qualification at the age of 18; Earlier than all/most developed countries.
  • Trained Talent - Education without training is meaningless. So be able to have years of experience along with the qualification; something even state-university students are deprived of.
  • Compete with global talent - When our talent graduates at ~26, it leaves little room to compete as they have limited time to work before the age of retirement. However, now we could graduate at an early age to compete with global talent.
  • Your network is your net worth - Network with corporate leaders, clients and even government officials while working and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Be highlighted - Be known for your performance. Make use of the opportunity to showcase your talent to make a positive difference.
  • Work with like-minded, smart individuals with whom you can learn from, teach and grow together.
  • Transpire Alumni - Be a part of a larger community of great minds to contribute to the betterment of society.
